Great angles for baseball

Goodbye, sun.

KP and I had to stretch our legs for a bit during the Syracuse Mets-Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders game Thursday night at NBT Bank Stadium.

The sun setting over the left field wall sure was pretty as we wound our way toward right field.

Hello, right fielder.

And the outfielders sure looked alert as we bellied up to the rail in the right field bar and grill.

Great night out at the ballpark.

  1. There’s never a bad night at the ballgame, Mark! Our Springfield Cardinal’s (farm team for the St. Louis Cardinals) has a beautiful stadium–Hammons Field. I love sitting on the grass on the 3rd base side and in the stadium itself, love sitting more to first baseline. Kinda strange, but true! It’s the views! Hope all is well my friend.

    • I must admit that nowadays I have no fears about singing ‘Take Me Out to the Ball Game’ during the seventh-inning stretch out loud, ladysighs. My decades of attending games have earned me that right. No, I am not in the same game as you voice-wise, though people politely clap after I finish a song in a karaoke joint.
