The weekly garbage pickup in my Syracuse city neighborhood comes every Tuesday morning.
My neighbor across the street got hers out this afternoon.
Talk about timing. On Christmas Eve, this Santa will say bye-bye.
I am certain my neighbor is not a Grinch, by the way. Her house is decorated for the holiday. She bakes cookies and brings us a platter every year at this time.
I guess this Santa just lost its usefulness.

Damn… somebody took all the air outta his holiday. 😀

There’s something about a Santa hanging over a garbage pail that just gets me feeling very sentimental- we just need a couple of dead reindeer, and the morning would be golden
