It’s our interpretation of the sewer line pipe cap they put on everybody’s lawn around here, ladysighs. The original issue caps all seem to weather off and then homeowners are left to find a way to make sure the hole isn’t left open. We went with the alien-appearing vent-duct cover found in the local hardware store that fits quite nicely.

I enjoy cutting grass. Music in my ears, or not, just giving those blades a trim has always been a favored chore.
