My friend John’s backyard tomato garden continues to flourish.
This time around, he sent me back home with full-sized fruit instead of the pop-in-your-mouth version.

My bowl at home would be tastefully topped several times, thank you, my friend.

Oh a fresh smelling and tasting tomato from a garden is a far sight better than a store bought one!

Thanks for coming back, Beth. I don’t know why it’s happening to both of our blogs. I sent a note to WP Happiness engineers but then they asked me such very specific questions about who what where so they could figure out why and I have not replied back yet …

And it’s hard to know, I just thought maybe you’d taken the summer off from writing and I still saw you replying. I didn’t know until I saw a post of yours on Facebook,,,

I’m enjoying my bounty too, Mark! My neighbors will take over for me as I prepare to leave tomorrow for my two week heavenly hiatus with the grandies! Tomatoes and a salt shaker are two are my besties!

I sure miss those CNY tomatoes! Produce is nice in Florida, but nothing like upstate tomatoes. Mmmm….
