No matter what the world has served up, I know that the trails of Onondaga Lake Park sit just two miles from our house and two blocks from my workplace.
Have mask, can walk.
Unload, stress.

I love this perspective shot of your walk. So important to keep up these routines especially lately. Glad you’re taking good care.

I get it Mark! I the same on my trails yesterday. I’m missing reading posts, such as yours. I’m a bit overwhelmed with the sale of my RV and closing on house next week. But I take a deep breath. Being in nature is healing. Nature always knows and understands. Even in its changes it embraces us souls that appreciate it. May peace continue to guide you on these walks.

Isn’t that the truth! I love walking … it takes it (Covid Stress) all away for a short time.
We are going to get through this!

Yes, Nance, ‘the walk’ has been in my life pre-COVID and will stay for a good, long time. Knock on wood.
