The right one.
One tree on our block seems to be more in a rush to take on its fall color than the others.
It looks pretty cool even before the temperatures really dip, I think.

Mark, there’s one street on my way home from work that has the most beautiful red tree next to a gorgeous orange tree. I’m waiting for a sunny day to stop and photograph them – of course, by the time that nicer day comes, the leaves may be gone. But meanwhile, maybe the colors will come out in my own trees before the snow hits.

You have to be fast, CM. I noticed that in the day between my photography and posting, said tree had diminished greatly in color vibrancy. Yes, they move quickly through the cycle once they start up here where we live.

Well, crap. I need to have a talk with Mother Nature and explain that I’m simply not moving as fast as I used to, and maybe she can accommodate me must a little. π
