Sand and butter hold true for sculptures

The New York State Fair folks moved the sand sculpture back to the Center of Progress for 2019 after a year at the Exposition Center.

Baum was born in Central New York.

It looked good back in the center of its old home.

Flying to respond.

Get the monkeys, my dear wife Karen urged.

The 50th year.

Walking the aisles, I noticed the sculpture had different themes on two other sides. I really appreciated the space celebration signaling a half-century since 1969’s moon landing.

Smooth.

Over in the Dairy Building, we admired the Butter Sculpture as it rotated in its refrigerated case.
