The makings of a good Thai soup

So now you get to see what I brought back to the library from Bangkok Thai.

My usual order, No. 20, travels well the way they pack it at the Liverpool restaurant.

Broth and makings.

The broth and beef lives in one hot container. The noodles and veggies live in another.

Soon, I slurp.

They get combined in the big bowl I bring from home.

I’ve been going with mild of late, changing from medium. I few times I tried hot, and it was, well, too spicy!
