‘Tis the season for just about anything outside Nichols

Seen outside my favorite supermarket before my stop for that bring-to-work coffee Monday morning was a busy worker adding to the seasonal display.

Husker, do.

The man was putting up the corn stalks this middle of September.

I thought they looked great, what with the gorgeous flowers and bright pumpkins.

Told my thought, he smiled widely.

  1. I’m not a huge fan of Halloween, but I do love fall. I love the crisp air and the changing leaves. When I was at the grocery store the other day, one of the clerks was just putting up fall decorations around the registers. She was doing a very nice job of it, too.

  2. It can stay a mix of summer and fall for as long as it can….I’m not a fan of winter, unless it’s 32 degrees and sunny. A bit delusional I know, but hope springs eternal!
