The pool company workers stopped by just after Labor Day.
On went a new security cover.
This baby will last a couple of decades, says the material in the brochure. Knock on wood. More than enough for us.
Now it can be colder for the season, yes.
This sure beats how we had to close the pool ourselves with the beat-up old cover that came with A Bitty Better.

looks like you are good to go and i have to say that it seems like you just opened the pool days ago! )

Good decision to have it done professionally. At my old house, the next-door neighbors used to just leave the water in their above-ground pool (uncovered) all winter and merely add lots and lots of chemicals in the spring. Yuck.

Yuck is right, CM. With an in-ground pool, safety and cleanliness run hand-in-hand for us.
