Taking the afternoon break walk from the library with two of my co-workers Monday, we spied what we’d been looking for right when the marina moorings of Onondaga Lake came into view.
The first boat of this spring was tied up in its slip.
It was the only one on the water. For now.
It must be amazing to see all the boats slowly arrive, they tend to be moored around here permanently 🙂

They can’t stay in past the end of October around here. Or maybe September, Charlie … I don’t own a boat and don’t recall when the last one pulls out.

Minnesota is not looking as nice right now. 8+ inches of snow today and still falling. Eek.

It looks so inviting. Our skies are “crying a river” right now. Can’t wait to see that kind of sunshine.
