My dear wife Karen and I aren’t the only one taking rather recent notice of this cool Liverpool neighborhood of Galeville.
With just a little more than a half-year in since our move from the Syracuse city neighborhood of Eastwood, we noticed two houses a couple blocks away from A Bitty Better going up for sale at about the same time.
And with them locate on the route we like taking daily with our cherished rescue mutt Ellie B aka Dogamous Pyle, we also saw that …
The time for buying.
… that both got the Sold! sign practically the same time, too.
We’ll be looking for the moving vans.

Galeville is a very nice area–I’d loved a house in that area when I looked at it but didn’t move fast enough! You chose well, Mark. Enjoy the walks with Ellie B. 😉

I don’t know about your area, Mark, but in my neck of the woods it’s a seller’s market. My realtor friend keeps telling me to list my house already because there’s not enough inventory and she has people waiting to move into my neighborhood. Too bad I’m not quite ready. Maybe soon. And I sure hope the trend holds until I get to that point.
