The ductless air conditioner first caught the attention of my dear wife Karen and I as we watched “House Hunters International” on the HGTV network. All those realtors in exotic tropical climes were telling all those prospective house-buyers that yes, there was air conditioning.
We saw that it wasn’t in a window.
Our online investigation took us to the ductless air conditioner. Soon enough we saw some TV commercials for one particular brand.
It’s perfect when you don’t have the proper kind of ductwork for central air and don’t want the drippy, put-it-in-take-it-out-every-year window unit.
We got ours installed last summer. The condenser sits outside, on a pad.
The blower is attached permanently on the inside wall.
It works very well.
Thank God for small favors and new technology.

Hi, I sent you a direct email with the price. I got it a Potter & Perrone in Syracuse, and was very happy with the installation.
