You should try it if you haven’t, Mark. My sons love eating at Cafe Cusco when they come to visit. It’s their favorite Peruvian place! Beautiful capture!

yes, those beautiful flowers really draw the eye to that restaurant and now I’m curious about it. the only thing I know about Peruvian food is that there lots of potatoes involved, which is a good thing in my book. but a fusion, not sure, hmmmm..
