A lot to look forward to in 2025.

Syracuse Mets general manager Jason Smorol is the perfect choice to get fans ready for a new season.

He can stoke optimism for the players the parent New York Mets will fill Triple A roster with from April through September. This past weekend, he mentioned a prospect or two and brought home the point that who we see early in the season might show up on our TVs with the parent club later on.

We’re looking forward to the live looks at our Mets … and the fun promotions that will stretch through the spring and summer months, too.

My dear wife Karen, terrific daughter Elisabeth, George Three and I will attend plenty of games to appreciate it all.
