Celebrating the wayback.
Back in my days working at the Liverpool Public Library, I joined several groups of our excited patrons visiting the Salt Museum for an outing.
I learned a lot about our area’s history while taking photos and videos.
When I stroll through the park, I think I should go back as a retired guy.
oh, absolutely go back!

Mark, so aere you now retired?
Or are you starting the informal list of what to do when retured?
Either way, lovely shot of the Salt Museum – I would like to check that out

Hmmm… how funny that there is a museum for salt – but when you think about it, everything deserves a museum to record its history – fascinating! Linda xx

Our city, Syracuse, was one of the country’s leading producers of salt back in the early 1900s, Linda, hence the importance of remembering those days here!

OK wow – where I am was mostly fishing (I think) – I’ll have to go do some more research now – you’ve got me thinking!

It’s interesting to discover history. Syracuse’s nickname is The Salt City. A favorite food here is salt potatoes … There are two things you didn’t ever have to know about a place in a country far, far away, Linda.
