Let’s stroll Syracuse’s zoo

Step right up.

Where to go is a question my dear wife Karen and I can bounce off each other freely these days.

Well, we agreed, the zoo has been on our list on our trips to San Diego and Denver. But we’ve never taken advantage of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo right here in Syracuse.

I hope you appreciate my photos gathered on our stroll over these next days.

Hello, birds.

When we exited the lobby, we were greeted by a big pond for a handful of species of swimming fowl. They were gathered down yonder.

We decided we’d take the path to the right.

Climbers.

We came upon goats, with human kids invited inside to pet. I watched the ones who sought higher elevations from outside the gate.

We’ll continue with more photos from our loop tomorrow …
