As my dear wife Karen, friend Chris and I strolled the lovely Thousand Islands village of Clayton, I lagged behind to capture the St. Lawrence River lighthouse.

I imagine it casting its beam of security to various ships over the decades … centuries.

  1. It’s hard to imagine that lighthouses played such an important part of history around the world. Your posts often lead me to search more about a topic. I added a LightHouse bookmark to my hundreds of others. 🙂 sigh
