My dear wife Karen displayed patience with this darling little azalea bush.
It struggled in several spots, in the front gardens and out back, the past several seasons.
This spring, she chose a small corner just off the side alcove, a tough location for roses in the past.
Bingo!
Our tiny azalea appears to be happy here, indeed, blooming for the first time in its life.

Yay! That’s the first thing I thought of when I saw your title–and that’s how my brain works, lol. They’re showing Dirty Dancing in our downtown park sometime this month. I love that movie! Happy 4th of July week, dear friend. To all of you!
