After the second visit from the plow company.
This sure has been some start to spring.
My dear wife Karen and I woke up this Saturday morn to TV weather folks telling us about 3 to 6 inches that had come this way since we’d gone to bed.

The backyard rail says 3.
Another 3 until it stops around noon …
Then the temperature goes above freezing.
And 50s will come and stay by Monday.
And so I wonder how long we’ll have any white on our lawn at all.
All of ours was in the form of rain, Mark. We’re just fine with that at this point in the calendar!

Oh, that white stuff sure likes to show up when we don’t want it. Hopefully it has all melted!

It’s still hanging around in spots, Nance.

My husband was outside washing the car yesterday and it’s even nicer today. He will probably spend the next few days in bed. At least he’s not shoveling.

Mark,
You should be used to that happening by now living there in the fringe of the lake effect area. I have friend living in Sodas which is typically a lot worse.
when I traveled for work through there was one band across NY state where the weather could change on a dime. Almost like going through the Devil’s Triangle !
That’s why a lot of folks move to FL. Then you only have to worry about the occasional tropical storms and hurricanes to wipe you out with little warning sometimes!
However better weather is coming soon. It won’t be long. But I’ve seen snow there into April. Think of what Montreal is like!
All the snow accumulated and doesn’t normally melt until summer. They have blocks piled a hundred feet in some areas of the city designated for that.
Be Safe!
