Team baggage unveiled …
New team luggage must have been in the budget, I thought, as I looked at the lineup of Mets bags awaiting fan purchase at the Syracuse Mets Garage Sale 2023.
Snazzy, yes.
I did not go for it. Replacing the Bialczak team luggage is not in our budget this year.
I did appreciate a conversation with a young man looking over a Mets bat bag, appreciating the price tag, way under the $300 they go for new, he told me. Of course I wondered why he needs a bat bag. He played for a minor-league team in Texas last season, he explained. Congratulations, said I.
A travel statement indeed my friend! Very pricey statement. My poor luggage is on its last leg after my last 6 weeks. It’s so good to see you, my friend. I hope you are all well. Karla ☺️

Thank you, Mark! It was the most major thing of my life. I will share on my site soon, I hope. I had a hiccup and called in for backup last night. It’s been a long road to healing. I’m so thankful to be here. Slowly, I’ll get back into a routine and writing again. It makes me smile to see you and all my blogging friends again. It just feels good! I wish the best always to you and yours, my friend!

Thank you dear friend! And to you and yours! It’s a miracle I’m here. 2 years to live…to now, many. It’s surreal and I’m filled with gratitude!

I bought a new handbag over ten years ago. It had/still has a lot of zip places and compartments to put all the things ladies put into their handbags. I am never ever letting it leave my hands. The only problem with it is when we go someplace my husband says, “Put this in your purse, will ya?” And I find a place for it.
Funny how the little brain cells work when reading blogs.

My dear wife Karen always picks great purses. My pants pockets are always stuffed. She has finally cured me of calling her purses pocketbooks.
