Hey Mark, so nice to be back visiting you here. Mrs. Chess and I are well and I trust you and yours are good also. I suspect there will always be some “late-season holdouts” who wanna stretch the fall out as much as possible…including yours truly. That being said, winter is my co-favorite with fall so maybe it is time to “make the switch” lol.
