Fall ball.
We helped the Syracuse Mets open their 2023 season, and so we decided to help them close it, too.
Baseball-loving family.
Much like that first game in April, we dressed for the late September tussle in layers.
Well, I mused, the many games I caught in between this season allowed me to appreciate warm summer weather and the game I appreciate so much.
Thank you, Triple-A squad of my favorite major-league team. A good time was had by this fan, my dear wife Karen, terrific daughter Elisabeth and fantastic fiance George.

Oh, Mark! I just love this pic of all of you. You’re my kind of humans. I wanted to help my Triple-A team close their season. They had a run at play-offs and lost to the Arkansas Travelers. Can I be an honorary Bialczak family member? Just call me Cousin Karla? (NOT cousin Eddie, lol 😉
