Corner of attention.
Ever been to the Salt City Market? I asked my fellow downtown Syracuse adventurers after we’d decided to stroll from Clinton Square, our stomachs full of Polish food.
Nope, agreed my dear wife Karen, terrific daughter Elisabeth and fantastic fiance George Three.
My curiosity had been peaked since the long black building snuck into my consciousness as a backdrop the WIXT-9’s coverage of this March’s Saint Patrick’s Day Parade.
Down Salina Street we strolled.

Eateries and communal space.
My eyes shined as we entered.

Choices down the line.
This retired guy doesn’t get to downtown Syracuse much anymore, but he still has a good imagination.

Picture this.
So I imagined weekday workers or everyday downtown residents frequenting the food establishments filling the market.

It’s alive!
I could see them relaxing at the bar for an hour of de-stress, than buying dinner food to cook up in their loft kitchen from the co-op market.

Pick a beverage.
Yes, the Salt City Market adds to Syracuse’s downtown allure.
WOW! I’d love a place like this near my office. I cant wait for you to review the restaurants for us, Mark!
