Pretty blooms all in a row.
My dear wife Karen and I pulled into our driveway late afternoon after a sweet 10-day vacation in Cape Cod and walked pretty quickly into the backyard to see what roses row had done during our absence.

So many colors.
Boom for the bloom!
We figured they were on the verge when we left on the Friday before Memorial Day.
Wow, do they look good, despite the hot, dry weather our hometown experienced while we were away.
Terrific daughter Elisabeth visited for a watering session … after she and George Three returned after spending the Memorial Day holiday weekend with us on the Cape.
Now that we’re back, you’ll see plenty of photos from the trip starting here tomorrow and running, well, until I’m good and finished!
You always have such a beautiful yard, my friend, and now I can’t wait to see the vacation slides! Queue the popcorn maker… ❤

It’s my blessing, Mark! I’ll remember these blessings as I go get “infused” with power today at the hospital. My platelets are hovering at 30 (no wonder I feel lousy!). My spirits high, body not~I’ll think of goodness all the time! Happy Wednesday my friend!
