Big-head dad.
My terrific daughter Elisabeth searched everywhere for the New York Mets Big Apple home run bell hat I so boldly announced as a big want in my life.
Finding it nowhere, she decided to make it.
Opened happily on Christmas, it funds out that attempt one came out a little large.
No complaints from me. I even said a little pin in the back would do for taking it in a bit.
But, no. The original will remain in my collection as Elisabeth makes a smaller version.
We have large heads, she explained her creative process after a lifetime of living as my daughter.
All I could do was laugh at that big reveal.
George Three smiled at the whole darn scene.
Love the hat!

I love it with my head-and-a-third, Beth! The hat’s not too big, my head is a tad too small.
