I work in an academic library where my jobs include placing and renewing subscriptions and responding when people can’t get to a resource. So much of what libraries do is online now!

I get it, Chris, I sure understand. I work in the communications department, where a lot of our mission is helping to make sure the community knows about/connects with our resources via our website and social media, yup, online.
