My dear wife Karen and I both had our favorites from our second set of four in the Advent Beers gifts from Elisabeth and George Three.
I thought the lemon-flavors of Samuel Adams’ Porch Rocker made it the best of this batch. Karen went with the yummy sweet notes of Yuengling’s Hershey Chocolate Porter. Yes, I liked that one a bunch, too. The Samuel Adams Boston Lager that led off this segment and Genesee Special Cran Orange were darn tootin’ good as well. In fact, we’re eight for eight in the hit parade.
Onward in the sampling we go!
