My dear wife Karen and I usually have a static list when we shop at BJs Warehouse. If you don’t have one near you, it’s the big box type place that you need to buy a yearly membership to get in …

Anyway, we go about once a month for best prices on our Dunkin’ ground coffee, certain frozen and canned/boxed foods, paper or plastic goods, even cases of beer.

The last time we cast our eyes toward the meats.

And Karen and I both thought these rolled steaks stuffed with spinach and mozzarella cheese looked promising.

We were right. Yes, we would normally cook and eat only two. But we split the third. Oh, the sacrifices. Our cherished rescue mutt Ellie B aka Dogamous Pyle dug this concept, too.
