Pulled into our season parking for Syracuse Orange football before the mid-afternoon Saturday game against Wake Forest, my dear wife Karen and I looked up from our portable chairs and past fellow tailgaters.
A notable line of city birds perched on the apartment roof line, large and long enough to catch our attention wile we drank a beverage and snacked.

And then they were gone, dive-bombed down in groups and individually.
Curious occurrence, this, in the middle of the Syracuse University hill.
Hmmm that’s peckculiar, Mark! Gone with the wings!
