Have you ever grabbed a scorecard at a ballgame, leafed through it, and discovered that one of the ad pages had been signed?
And know from all the previous games you’ve attended that this means you’ve won a prize when they make a between-innings announcement?
Us, either.
Until this last game when my terrific daughter Elisabeth and George Three grabbed one while walking the NBT Bank concourse Re before the Syracuse Mets game started and then saw the Dick’s Sporting Goods ad signed when they sat in our row.
She went up when they made that PA call and collected her gift card. Twenty bucks worth coming her way.
Oh, happy day!
Maybe a cushion for more games to be watched upon.

Now that makes a ballgame much more fun! I love her smile, Mark. She, and her Dad and family, are my kind of people! 💚
