We had more than a little snow in my part of the world for Earth Day 2021.
The yellow daffodils in our front yard garden had met their match.

Water over and under.
And yes that is the backyard pool under the puddle, which is over the cover, which will come off sooner than this photo looks. I think and hope.

My daffies crawled out from the snow drift on April 1…. this last snowfall tried to bury my tulips, but they just closed back up for the duration then bloomed on.

When I stubbornly take the stairs instead of the elevator at my job at the library in a little bit, I’ll make my old man sounds and think of this comment, ladysighs.
