This frontyard combo is another example of why I am the biggest fan of the perennial aisles of our favorite local nursery Ballantyne Gardens.
These show up for us every dang year. With good fortune, so will the perennials we pick hereafter. My dear wife Karen does like throw in an annual here and there, mind you …
Perennials are such faithful friends.

I know! I’m thinking once every year or so we should put us all on hiatus to allow the earth to recoup and heal too.

Look at how pretty those are! I don’t recognize the variety. I wonder if it’s exclusive to your climate. The yard is looking so special! Our yards and our pets are loving these days, aren’t they?

If there’s a bright side to these times, it’s happy pets and well loved yards. Hope you’re having a great weekend, Mark!
