A uniform celebration with the Syracuse Mets

We’re not putting you on with our shirts.

My terrific daughter Elisabeth suggested we all go the Syracuse Mets game not just to see the baseball but to get the replica game day jerseys they were handing out to the first 2,000 people who showed up.

Yes, we were, arriving together from my dear wife Karen and I’s house a mile or so up the road in Liverpool two hours before game time and a half hour before the gates opened.

Big line already.

Some people already had Mets jerseys.

The four of us pulled ours on over our shirts.

George Two and Susan didn’t get there with us, and didn’t get shirts. Darn.

Great seats again.

We all enjoyed the view from Section 114 for sure.
