While munching on a classic $6 meal combo, I noticed out the front window a bunch of birds having a grand time in two trees.
They flew up. They flew down. They flew all around.
I wondered if somebody from the kitchen staff was feeding them with a bun or two dozen.
In any case, this North Syracuse McDonald’s is a popular winter-is-near bird spot.

i’m quite sure it’s their office party!
Good observation, Beth!
I often see fat little birds at fast food places. It kind of makes me sad. Though they look awfully pleased to be nibbling on fries.
They are quite plump, yes. Good point, MBC.
They might be vultures which would put a different twist on you story. 🙀
Too small for vultures, Tom.
Whenever I see a lot of birds flocking or sitting on wires, all I can think of is the old Alfred Hitchcock movie. It always makes me feel just a bit creepy.
I’m glad you reminded me of that film after the fact, CM.
