The parking lot of the Holiday Inn at the crossroads of Electronics Parkway and Seventh North Street is one prime place to check out the classic cars gathered for the yearly Syracuse Nationals show.
Today we’ll concentrate on the autos with their lids lifted for closer inspection.
Obviously, the owners want to show off the power plant.
I’d like to hear it, too.
Come back Tuesday for more classic cars.

I remember growing up (even in an era long after these cars) that people still identified with their vehicles. Big pick ups were the ‘thing’ in one area I lived. The truck reflected the character of the driver. There was something individual about each vehicle. I loved that. I think we’ve kind of lost some of that. Not all of it, but some of it.
Thanks for taking us with you MBM. I love the tour of vehicles!

Nowadays, my big idea is to get a car that’s good in snow, MBC. Because I’m not as good in it as I used to be!?

Well, I suppose there are considerations other than if the car matches our personalities 😉
