As KP and I walked out of the Foxfire restaurant following our Tuesday night golf league’s nine holes, a beer or two and 10 boneless wings, I noticed something on the way to the parking lot that stopped me in my tracks.
The trees appeared to be half-changing toward a deep, rich color that’s usually reserved for fall. In June.
Upon further review, we discovered it was a reflection from the sun setting in the opposite direction.
Cool. Very, very cool.

wow, that glow is amazing, it would have stopped me in my tracks, too –

Way cool, Mark. I would have thought it was a fall photo if you hadn’t explained.
