My dear wife Karen and I took a trip to Lowe’s the Saturday of our three-day weekend to celebrate Memorial Day.
We kept the shopping list small. Enough outdoor work gloves to cover us both for the rest of the spring and summer. We hope. And five bags of brown mulch to spread out in the front and back garden beds, that number chosen because they were on sale for the well-rounded and reasonable total of ten bucks.
On the way to the garden department, we passed a well-loaded Cooper Mini.
We both smiled. Thankfully, the owner had not yet returned, so I took a shot on the way back to Karen’s Mazda.
Somebody’s yard is going to look better.

what a happy shot and just like a very mini truck )
