There is a certain sight that tends to, ahem, blemish the snow that may hang out too long in the Liverpool neighborhood of Galeville.
Even when it’s sunny with blue skies you can spot …
.. the dreaded dirty snow piles on the side of the road.
Unsightly, they are.

i like the tonal contrasts, but in person, quite another matter. in michigan we use salt and no sand, so it looks prettier but is much harder on the roads –

The road-gritted snow is unsightly when seen in person, but in your photo it looks kind of cool. Must be the talent of the photographer ’cause it sure doesn’t look that good on the roads here in Buffalo.
