The first time we looked at this house, there was a fabric canopy over the structure covering the back patio.
We thought it would be left for us with the rest of the furniture, per agreement.
Not to be found.
So my dear wife Karen ordered one online, opting for a pretty beige.
We put it up together, using our two ladders, our brains and cooperation.
Karen’s idea to better the whole get-up included a string of star-lights.
And we found a great addition at the Chinese Lantern Fest as well.
We will enjoy the shade after work.

My parents have a similar setup on their deck. It makes for hanging out during the summer months much better.

Thanks, Beth. It was a puzzle to figure out the best way to get this up top. 🙂
