Michelle needed a refresher on getting the split duct air conditioner ready in the Syracuse city neighborhood of Eastwood.
We were taking Ellie B aka Dogamous Pyle over to her vet’s at Shop City.
It seemed like a good day to go check out The (former) Little Bitty for the first time since we moved in October.
Our cherished rescue mutt bounced around Michelle’s living room, kitchen, bedrooms. You’d think she used to own the place! And she positively tore around the backyard, my dear wife Karen reported, as I showed Michelle what to do with the outside portion of the air-conditioning again.

The front yard gardens looked lovely. I enjoyed seeing the blooms way out on the end of Cherry Cherry.
When we were done telling Michelle how lovely her new house is, we knocked the door one house over. Good Neighbor Tim and his Wonderful Wife Lorraine greeted us with big hugs.
Ellie tried not to jump up on their furniture, but she was so excited to see Uncle Tim and Aunt Lori again.
It was sweet to catch up, and hear about their new furnace and central air combo.
Ah, yes. Eastwood still rocks.
The last time you moved, how did you feel the first time back to the old place?
I feel the same way about my childhood homes which were right next to each other and my grandparents home. The memories in my mind are what I hold on to.

Don’t go back unless you really are ready to deal with the emotional waves, Mimi.
