Still pretty.
So what did we get in our part of the world on the day when everybody wants to scoot out and visit a store or three? (At least those of us who still like to hold the product in our hands before we buy it, like me.)
Our Black Friday turned into a White Snow Friday.

Winter wonderland. Still autumn.
The backyard looked awesome while my dear wife Karen and I prepared for the day-after-Thanksgiving dinner we would share with terrific daughter Elisabeth and fantastic George Three.
Weather forecasters were calling for a foot of snow by daybreak Saturday.
We’re all glad they only coming a mile from their house to ours.
I can’t recall a Black Friday when we had snow of any substance…flurries at best. Happy that “commute” is a short one for your family dinner, Mark.

Indeed it does look awesome. Local forecast: A thunderstorm in spots this morning; otherwise, low clouds, then perhaps some sun and warmer. 74 by noon.
