Big and beautiful throwback

Bountiful choices.

Sauders opened my eyes wide.

The big building on a back road in the Finger Lakes town of Seneca Falls offered so much produce, meat, bread, candy and, well, good-eatin’.

Pies in my eyes.

We grabbed a cart and took our time.

We made sure to stroll every aisle.

If you want to sit and eat right there …

Workers, dressed in the traditional style of the Amish, were friendly and very helpful.

Prices were very low, I thought, and my dear wife Karen confirmed.

Back in the day it was a pudding …

Some products brought back memories of my youth. Oh, Junket was so soft and soothing!

We checked out with a bunch of lunches and dinners and a big smile on our faces.

I know I want to return.
