Year two with our new backyard fence has my dear wife Karen and I looking out at the border to see what may have come back after a season of spring trampling during the switch from old to current.
The white tulips made it through the construction!
We did rejoice. We agree that they bring an elegant touch to our spring.

The tulips know where they are loved and wanted. They also knew when they should lay low during construction.
