Even delayed on the MLB Network …
I’ve watched my New York Mets a handful of times already this spring.
Every time they’ve been on.
It’s soothing to see the green grass of spring training games on our living room big screen as we get through a typical Central New York early March of cold. A little warming. Some snow. A lot of wind. Not much sun.
Today my dear wife Karen, terrific daughter Elisabeth, George Three and I will head to NBT Bank Stadium for the annual Syracuse Mets open house.
Mr. and Mrs. Met will be the special guests.
The box office opens at 10 a.m., and I’ll be on line to buy our tickets for home game opening day of April 2.
Big day, indeed.
Spring Training is fun to watch out here. We have gone in the past to several different games and different teams.
And your season will start sooner rather than later! 😃
