Two stories of everything.
Some people have big families and a lot of friends, my dear wife Karen and I surmised as we looked over the fourth house in the Parade of Homes.

Not really a basement.
All the levels impressed us.
We could fit independently in each.

Game time!
As staged, the lowest level was pretty nice.

Or, you could watch the golfers on the tee.
Four!!

Agreed, Beth. So many places to look at there.

Your whole series of homes makes my mouth water. It all comes down to life style I guess. About all our “used to be new” home needs is a good cleaning and a big box of trash bags. We semi designed our home 25 years ago …. probably thinking we’d never grow old. If I ever build again I would eliminate a kitchen and just have Meals on Wheels delivery.

It’s good to remember that all new homes become used darn fast, ladysighs. Just like cars. It’s fun to look at them in the showroom Parade, though.
