Appreciating the Parade of Homes

Plenty of room.

My dear wife Karen and I picked a lovely early fall day in Central New York to visit the annual Parade of Homes event, a tradition that allows builders to construct a new pocket of their best work in an attractive new block in hopes of prospective buyers to like the work enough to buy these model homes or perhaps pony up mortgage money for a similar model on a plot of land somewhere else.

This year five companies built next to Baldwinsville golf course Timber Banks.

We’re not in the market, but we like to see what’s up, outside and in.

Open main room.

Enjoy seeing one house each today and the next four days, outside and in.

Outside living, you’re covered.

Yes, you can watch others play the big course from porches or windows from this and every house.

Cleaning up.

The primary suite showed us that a big tub in a huge shower is back in. Wow.
