Good morning to us.
It can look pretty stark beyond our driveway when I go out to the car to take my dear wife Karen to work her morning shift in late December.
The light, it will arrive.

We visit the grocery store once a week and go very early to avoid the crowd. Driving from west to east in the winter is horrible if there are no clouds. You would think we might change our habits for a month or two and go later. NOPE! Well, I do change one thing. I keep nice and quiet the whole way. No jibber jabber. No distractions. 😉

I will take the gloom and rain over snow at this point in December, Beth. An inch of rain would be 10 inches of snow, the weather folks on TV just said.
