Thousands of folks take a seat at picnic tables, spread out the contents from their baskets and coolers, and take advantage of big screens and betting windows set up outside the grandstand.

Is this right at the track? Interesting that when I saw the small photo before opening this post, the roofs on the little screen cabanas looked like a carousel top to me, and then I read this was about horses. 😂😂
