Historic spires.
As KP, Bake and I watched the early races from our grandstand seats, we knew we wanted to take in some trackside action at Saratoga Race Course, too.
The view up is pretty and majestic.
Those spires, well, they might not be quite as nationally known as the ones at Churchill Downs in Louisville that annually welcome the Kentucky Derby, but they look pretty darn historic to me. Yes, this track was opened 150 years ago.

Stroll this way and that.
Stand by the rail and look toward the grandstand and note that folks of all varieties come here to see and be seen.
Tomorrow I’ll show you the view toward the rail and out beyond.
What a beautiful place! Did you win?
My sister and brother-in-law used to go every summer and stay in the area of Saratoga Race Track. They loved it!

My buddy Bake was the winner, Nance. I waved as my horse ran past with most of the other horses in front. Each and every race.
